- Children should use the site with a parent, guardian, or trusted grown-up nearby.
- The games and videos are not a replacement for formal education, childcare, medical advice, or professional guidance.
- Do not misuse, attack, scrape, copy in bulk, reverse engineer, or disrupt the website.
No accounts or uploads
The current website does not provide child accounts, public profiles, comments, chat, uploads, leaderboards, or stored progress. Please do not try to submit children's personal information through email or any other channel.
Content and ownership
Booboosh names, artwork, text, game designs, layouts, and related materials are owned by Booboosh or used with permission. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial family play.
Do not copy, resell, publish, or use Booboosh content for a commercial product without permission.
External links
Booboosh may link to YouTube, Instagram, or other third-party sites. Those websites are not controlled by Booboosh and may have their own terms, privacy policies, ads, cookies, and account features.
Availability and changes
We may change, pause, remove, or update pages, games, videos, or features as Booboosh grows. The website is provided as-is and may not always be available or error-free.
If Booboosh later adds a store, payments, subscriptions, accounts, or user-submitted content, these terms should be updated before those features go live.
